• Errors

  1. Open your nextSPOT configure tool. Verify the App is running and the download path is correct.
  2. In the tool, verify you are running the latest version. Click on "Check Update" button.
  3. Open a new tab to the following link. https://local.fotokemglobal.com:8819/
  4. Go to allow/advanced to verify TLS and/or Cert are exempt to the download agent. (We recommend Chrome or Firefox)
  5. Once connected you will see “No Handler” This means the browser is now connecting to the download agent.
  6. Refresh your browser page and try your download again https://nextSPOT.fotokem.com.
